Consolidating pdf files

Take advantage of the Combine Files tool in Adobe Acrobat XI to merge existing PDF files.

Click "File" on the main menu in Acrobat, select "Save As" and then select "PDF." Enter an identifying name for your merged file and click "Save."Visit the PDFMerge website (link in Resources).

Click the "Choose File" button and select the first PDF file you want to merge.

When you select pages, the pages are only removed from the combined PDF. ) and opens the new file once it finishes processing.

From here, you can rename, edit, and review the new document as necessary.

Also, some of these methods are based on documentation from Adobe and on experimentation on my own systems. Viewing a PDF or printing it on a desktop printer is no guarantee that it will properly print on Lulu's printer.

Always order and proof a copy from Lulu before ordering in quantity or making the file available to the public.

You can also arrange individual pages in or around other documents in the Combine Files dialog box.
