Internet explorer updating

The native browser of i OS is also called Safari, but has a different graphical user interface.

To continue to access Glasscubes and ensure that your connection is as secure as possible you will need to upgrade your browser to the latest version of IE, or install another browser, before 7th August 2017.

For the best experience we recommend that you install Chrome.

Graphically intensive web pages displayed with Internet Explorer 11 are rendered using your computer’s graphics processor rather than the CPU as usual, a move which helps with the speed of pages opening.

It can be replaced with Microsoft Update, an expanded version of the service which provides for other Microsoft software as well, such as Microsoft Office, Windows Live Essentials and Microsoft Expression Studio.

In the background, the browser is busy trying to guess which link you’ll click next – and preloading the data!

Although this doesn’t happen every time (the algorithm will only pre-fetch the predicted page when it is certain of your choice) it certainly speeds things up when it does.

If you have no option than to use an older version of IE it is possible to improve your browser's security, and continue to access Glasscubes, by changing the protocol that it uses. Scroll down the list to the 'Security' section and uncheck the boxes beside 'Use SSL 3.0' and 'Use TLS 1.0'. Glasscubes will now use the most secure connection available.
